I had a great experience in this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, and the location couldn't be better - close to the city center. Besides that, the hotel facilities were excellent, and I had no problem finding a parking spot for my rental car. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options. And let me tell you about the staff, they were fantastic! Mr. Sherkhan drove me to a local museum and made sure I had a great tour.
Nothing bad to say, my stay was wonderful!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore everything Karaganda has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even provided us with an early check-in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable stay.
We were disappointed that the breakfast they offered did not include any cereal, which made it challenging for our young daughter to find something to eat. We also had some issues with the promised train station pickup not arriving, which caused us to scramble to find our own transportation upon arrival.
